Jan. 2015 Guild Meeting

What's a Tawashi?

A cute, heart-shaped scrubber! A little luxury for your face, or a necessity to scrub that pan! But mostly something super cute to make in time for Valentine's Day! For more information, check out the free pattern here.

What you'll need to make a Tawashi at the meeting:
  • Size 7 needles, crochet hook for the loop
  • 20 yards of cotton yarn
  • Tapestry needle for seaming

The Oxford Fiber Festival
Mark your calendars! January 31-February 2 will mark the 5th annual Oxford Fiber Festival. You'll find tons of information about this great event on the Knit1 Oxford website, including the list of classes (you'll recognize our very own LeeAnn on this list!).

Don't forget--it's that time of year that dues are due .... and I promise, we will come up with an event that utilizes those dues finally this year!

Looking forward to seeing everyone! Please come if you can even if you've missed some meetings lately--we'd love to see you!

Keep on knitting,
Emily
