May's Golden Triangle Knitting Guild meeting will be held on Thursday, May 28 from 5:30 - 7:00 pm in room #204, First United Methodist Church @ 200 Lampkin Road in Starkville. The program for the meeting will include a wrap up of STITCHES South. Those that attended STITCHES will share their experiences, and discuss new techniques and methods learned in their classes. Vicki collected some good stuff from the yarn market, and will have goodie bags for everyone.
We'll also continue to make plans for the August workshop, and Susan, the Bag Lady, will be back with more great bags available for purchase! As always, newcomers are welcome! For more information, contact Vicki Katz at vickik2tog@att.net.
ETA: The guild will be starting our first Knit-A-Long project this month, a stash busting scarf knit in linen stitch. This month we will discuss yarn selection and everyone interested in participating will recieve instructions.
